About
At Collaborative Workplace Services we train and coach managers and HR professionals to successfully interact with employees who have various personality styles. Our management techniques relieve the anxiety and stress associated with these situations, creating a more positive, productive work environment for your whole team.
We believe that people with different personalities are often talented employees who can be a significant asset to your organization when you learn how to connect with them.
Personality training is a crucial, new component of leadership development that is helpful to new and seasoned managers alike. We teach specific management and communication techniques that lead to positive results with the 5 Personality styles.
